What is your process for roof inspection?

A thorough inspection could take 1 to 2 hours. We visit the site first to inspect the roof and then provide a print out of the detailed estimate. Roof inspectors and cost estimators on our team are usually booked out at least 8 to 10 days to provide new estimates.

How do I get an estimate? Is it free?

We provide free estimates only after inspection. We do not charge anything for the estimate.

How long will it take to get a new roof?

Project completion time is dependent on the size, shape and complexity of your roof. Small to medium size roofs usually take 1 to 3 days. Larger projects can take more than a week.

What are the common signs of roof damage?

Some of the signs of roof system problems are: Warped, cracked areas on roof; deteriorated or disintegrated flashings; loose seams and sunken roofs. Usually, roofing problems are discovered after visible damage has occurred from a leak.

How frequently should I get my roof inspected?

It is recommended to get your roof thoroughly inspected twice a year.

Can I get a new roof in winter?

Of course. We work year-round and the experienced roofers on our team know how to deal with challenging weather.
